The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread throughout the country, I wanted to share some of the actions KeyPoint is taking to help protect both you and our employees.
As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to guide our decisions.
Right now, we are conducting business as normal. However, we have:
- Increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitization in all of our branches and headquarters offices. Hand sanitizer stations have been placed at the entrance of all of our branches—we encourage our Members to utilize this opportunity to keep their hands clean.
- Based on the guidance we’ve received and the actions we’ve taken, our branches remain open for business to assist Members with in-person service needs. However, with our Mobile App and Online Banking services—including Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, and Pay Any Person—the majority of transactions which in the past required a branch visit may now be accomplished on your phone or desktop computer.
