Applying for a Card
When you apply for a KeyPoint business credit card, you will be asked for information about yourself and your business—including your business’s total annual revenue and Tax ID Number or Employer ID Number.
Like a Social Security Number for an individual, the IRS assigns a nine-digit number to nearly every U.S. business for tax compliance. This business tax ID is required for business card applications for all business structures except for sole proprietorships.
Business credit cards require the owner or an authorized officer who can borrow on behalf of the business to apply. Applicants should be U.S. residents or a non-citizen U.S. resident with a US address (foreign business clients are not eligible to apply online at this time).

Payments and Fees
Yes. After your account is open and you have made at least 1 payment, you can request a due date change by contacting our Contact Center at (888) 255-3637.

Credit card payments can be made through Online or Mobile Banking. To make a one-time payment or set up automatic recurring payments, select Transfers and then External Accounts. Follow the instructions provided.
You can also transfer money from your KeyPoint Checking or Savings account to your credit card. To do this, select Transfers and follow the instructions provided on the Transfers Between Accounts tab.

A minor fee is charged as a percentage of the total transactions made for purchases abroad or in currencies other than US Dollars. For remote purchases, the seller’s location determines whether the transaction is made abroad.

If you lost your credit card, please contact us immediately so we can block the card and prevent fraud on your account. You can receive a new card instantly at any KeyPoint branch! If you would like us to mail a new card, it will take three to five business days.

Your business credit card comes with robust security features, including Visa Zero Liability Policy, which ensures you won’t be responsible for fraudulent transactions made with your card or account information.
