Community

KeyPoint Credit Union was founded to improve the lives of people, and that remains the guiding principle of our daily operations. We embrace this philosophy of social responsibility by investing in our communities through participation in ongoing projects and programs. We offer a financial literacy program for youth and their families in addition to educational seminars for local residents.

KeyPoint Credit Union continues to support local nonprofits in communities we serve throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Some of the California nonprofits we support through community service are listed below:

Random Acts of Kindness

During the holiday season, KeyPoint Credit Union launches a weeklong campaign performing Random Acts of Kindness in the community. This campaign aligns with KeyPoint's core purpose of "improving the lives of people." Each day during this week, KeyPoint staff members make surprise visits to a number of nonprofit organizations to bring good cheer and much needed supplies. Organizations visited include homeless shelters, senior centers, food pantries, community centers and family focused agencies in the Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Cupertino, Dublin and Berryessa communities. Our mission during this weeklong event is to help bring a smile to as many people as we can in the community and help spread holiday spirit and good cheer.
