Updates on COVID-19 Situation

As we all learn to cope with another stay-at-home situation to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that KeyPoint is here to help. You can bank remotely with our highly-rated Mobile App and Online Banking services—including Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, and Pay Any Person—the majority of transactions which in the past required a branch visit may now accomplished on your phone or desktop computer. We’ve created many videos to guide you in using our Mobile App. If you need help getting started, give us a call at 1-888-255-3637.

Based on the guidance we’ve received and the actions we’ve taken, all of our branches remain open for business to assist Members with in-person service needs.

The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to guide our decisions. 


Assistance with Credit Card, Personal Loan, Lines of Credit and Auto Loans 

If you are adversely impacted by the Health Emergency and are unable to make your payment, you might benefit from our Skip-A-Payment program. 

Assistance with a Mortgage

If you can continue making your mortgage payments, please do so. If you are unable to make your payment due to financial hardship related to COVID-19, we are here to help. We are experiencing extremely high call volumes resulting in long wait times. Completing the Mortgage Assistance Request is the fastest way to submit your assistance request.

Conduct Transactions with Digital Services

With our  and Online Banking,  many transactions—that in the past required a branch visit—may now be accomplished on your phone, desktop computer, or at an ATM:

  • Deposit (Mobile App or participating ATMs)
  • Pay Bills
  • Pay Any Person
  • Transfer Money between Accounts
  • Get Cash (30,000 FREE ATMs nationwide or Use Your Debit Card to get Cash Back)

In light of the current Health Emergency, you may have an increased need for cash. Therefore, we’re temporarily increasing the daily amount of cash you can withdraw from an ATM or through Cash Back using your KeyPoint Debit Card. You can now withdraw up to $1,000 each day—so long as you do not exceed your current balance.* Note that most ATMs and stores that offer cash back have a per transaction limit below $1,000. Therefore, you may need to do multiple transactions to get the cash you need.

*President Club Members may withdraw up to $2,000.
