Please sign into your online banking as soon as possible and order checks as needed. We recommend ordering through Costco as it is more economical. Please sign the DocuSign for ACH and Wires that were sent to you from KPCU.
You will receive a debit card, if requested, in 7-10 business days. You can also provide your account details, provided in your new account information email, to any vendor so they can start processing ACH payments.
If a debit card was requested during account opening, it will be delivered to each signer’s personal address in 7-10 business days.
Yes, you can find our mobile app on our website or search the App store on your phone for KeyPoint Credit Union Mobile.
Cash - We will introduce you to the armored courier service to establish a pickup schedule. Deposit checks via Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), available in the KeyPoint Mobile app.
You will receive a DocuSign with the documents requiring signatures for ACH and wires. Once the completed DocuSign is received, it takes a few business days to activate on the back end. Federally Insured by NCUA Getting Started FAQs.
You will be provided with contact information for scheduling cash pickups by your Cannabis Banking Specialist.

You can schedule an appointment online by visiting kpcu.com/locations and following the steps below:

  1. Click “Schedule an Appointment”
  2. Enter your City and State, or Zip Code
  3. Select the preferred Branch location, then click “Continue”
  4. Under Meeting Style, select “In-Person”
  5. For Appointment Type, select “Something Else / Other”
  6. Choose your preferred meeting date and time
  7. Provide your contact information
  8. Under What would you like to discuss, enter “Schedule an in-branch cash deposit” and include your business name and estimated deposit amount. If you plan to buy coins for change, indicate the denominations of coin(s) and number of roll(s).
Additional users can be added via Online Banking under Settings > Share Access. You can also assign different levels of entitlement to each user.
