Assistance Program*

  • Up to $5,000 loan amount
  • 0% interest rate for 24 months
  • First payment deferred for 60 days from the day of loan funding

*Applicant must be an existing Member and has been impacted as a result of the NorCal Fires or COVID-19 situation. Membership must have been established for 45 days prior to emergency assistance loan request. All loans subject to credit approval. Proof of income and employment are required. Rate is based on credit worthiness and other factors, and may be higher than the rate shown. Rates accurate as of 8/20/2020. Rates and terms subject to change without notice. Payment example: Pay $41.66 per month per $1,000 borrowed at 0.00% APR for 24-months.

If the wildfires have caused damage to your property or have caused you financial hardship, KeyPoint is here to help. Please contact our Credit Services Department at 408-731-4130 / 888-255-3637 ext. 4130 for assistance.

Property Damage
If you have lost property and need to file a claim, we can help you contact your insurance carrier. If you have any questions before calling your insurance company, feel free to reach out to our Credit Service Department.

Evacuating Your Home
In the unfortunate event that you are temporarily unable to live in your home due to the wildfires, you may be able to file a Loss of Use claim on your homeowners or renters insurance which may help to cover costs such as your hotel stay, rental or a temporary apartment or restaurant bills while your residence is being repaired or rebuilt. Depending on how long you will be unable to live in your home, there may be different options available. We recommend you contact your insurance carrier to see if you are covered and discuss your coverage with a claims representative.

Financial Hardships and Payment Help
Natural disasters can hit more than your homes and automobiles. They can affect your financial situation by damaging your workplace or causing a drop in income. If you are experiencing a financial hardship from the wildfires, we encourage you to continue making regular payments, if you can. No matter how serious your circumstances we will work with you to explore all your payment options.
