You can receive a new card instantly at any KeyPoint branch! We can also mail you a new card and it will arrive in 3-5 business days.

To activate your debit card, simply call the phone number that is on the sticker on the card.
You will then be prompted to select a custom PIN after activating the card. Do not share your PIN with anyone else, and do not write it on the card. Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point-of-sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM.
You can change your debit card PIN by calling (800) 813-4132 and selecting option 3. To use this service, you must know your existing PIN and answer some verification questions. You can also select a custom PIN for your debit card at any KeyPoint branch.

To view or print copies of your statements online, simply log into Online Banking and click the More Links icon , then click Documents and Statements. Choose the Statements tab. Or log into Mobile App and tab the Menu icon at the bottom. Tab More > Documents and Statements > eStatements and Documents. Choose the “Statements” tab.
We can also print a copy of your statement. Simply log into Online Banking and click the More Links icon, then click Secure Forms. Choose Statement and Check Copy Request Form to submit a request to us. Or log into Mobile App and tab the Menu icon at the bottom. Tab Secure Forms > Statement and Check Copy Request Form, to submit a request to us.

Your balance is all the money that is currently in your account, including direct deposits that have not yet posted and debit transactions that have not yet cleared.
Your available balance shows the amount of money that is available to withdraw, excluding any holds and pending transactions. These balances may not reflect all pending items, such as checks that you have written or debit transactions that have not reached our system yet. It is your responsibility to keep track of your account activity to avoid overdrawing your account and incurring service charges.
Free Online Banking and Mobile Banking are the fastest ways to monitor your account and view your balances 24/7.
With direct deposit, your check is automatically and securely deposited into your account. You don't have to worry about driving to a branch, or if there will be a hold placed on your check. On pay day, your money is right where you need it!

You received a call due to suspicious activity on your card. KeyPoint uses an automated system to constantly monitor our Members’ card activity to help prevent fraud.
The cardholder must contact us to confirm whether the transactions were authorized or not, and we always recommend contacting KeyPoint prior to traveling out of the country so we can make sure your card transactions are not accidentally blocked for suspicious activity.

A debit card provides a convenient way to access funds from your checking account. The money is already in your account, and every time you use your debit card, the funds are withdrawn.
A credit card provides a convenient way to access funds from a line of credit, which is a type of loan. Every time you use your credit card, your loan balance increases up to your approved limit. You will make monthly payments to either reduce the balance or pay it in full.

A mortgage is a loan to finance the purchase of your home. Similar to a car loan, your home is used as collateral for the loan. A mortgage is also a legal contract you sign to promise that you'll repay the loan with interest and other costs, typically over 15 to 30 years.
To repay the loan, you would make monthly installments or payments that typically include the principal loan amount, interest, taxes and insurance. If you don't repay the loan, your lender has the right to take back the property and sell it to cover the debt.

A HELOC is a revolving line of credit that works like a credit card — except it’s secured by your home. You can withdraw money as needed up to a maximum limit, pay the balance to zero and re-use the line for a set time frame called a draw period.
The benefit of a home equity loan or line of credit is to provide access to cash for things like home repairs, remodeling, medical or college expenses. Borrowing against your home's equity may have tax advantages (consult your tax advisor), and doing so may provide a lower interest rate than other options, such as credit cards or personal loans.

Online Banking
Log into Online or Mobile Banking and click Pay my Bills to get started.
KeyPoint's Bill Pay lets you pay bills online or with your mobile device any time, any place. Just enter a bill you want to pay, decide when you want it paid, and KeyPoint does the rest. You can also send money to friends or relatives! Both features are available in Online and Mobile Banking.
If you already use Online or Mobile Banking, just log in and click Pay my Bills to get started. It's fast, easy, and free! If you have any questions, contact Member Services at (888) 255-3637, or through Live Chat.
Members who have chosen to receive e-statements also receive tax documents online. For these Members, all documents can be viewed except for IRA forms including the 1099R, FMV, 1099HSA, 5498.
Please also be aware that:
- If you earned less than $10 interest on your savings account, you do not receive a 1099.
- If you paid less than $600 in interest on your loan, you do not receive a 1098.
- If you have paid off your loan, you will not have an online 1098. In this situation, call the Contact center at (888) 255-3637 for assistance.
To view your tax documents:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the More Links icon , then click Documents and Statements. Choose the Tax Forms & Notices tab.
On our Mobile App
- Login into the KeyPoint Mobile App
- Tab the Menu icon at the bottom
- Tab More > Documents and Statements > eStatements and Documents. Choose the Tax Forms & Notices tab.
- You will see a list of documents. Tap on any document you wish to view. Then you can download or print the document.

It’s easy and convenient to deposit checks any time, any place from your smartphone or tablet! Simply download the mobile app for your iPhone®, iPad®, or Android™ phone from the App Store or Google Play, and use your Online Banking login information to log in (or Register right on the app).
Click on Deposit and follow the wizard. Funds may not be immediately available and are subject to the check clearing the other account. Hold onto your check for seven (7) days, then shred it.

Alerts are notices that you set up to automatically tell you when specific activity occurs on your accounts (e.g., a balance that falls below $100, a deposit that is greater than $500).
Alerts are sent through text or email directly to your mobile device, and are a great way to keep track of your account activity and monitor your accounts for fraudulent transactions.
To set up Alerts, log in to Online Banking, click the More Links icon, then click Alerts. Or log in to Mobile App, tab the Menu icon at the bottom. Then tab Alerts.

Notify us immediately at (888) 255-3637 so we can block your card and prevent further fraud. We will mail you a new card(s), or you can get a replacement instantly at any KeyPoint branch. Or complete and submit a Cardholder Dispute Form so we can research the unauthorized transaction(s).

An IRA (Individual Retirement Account) is basically a savings account intended to be used when you retire.
KeyPoint has Traditional and Roth IRA options that provide intelligent savings with tax-deferred or tax-free advantages*. Your KeyPoint deposits are federally insured to at least $250,000 (Individual Retirement Accounts up to an additional $250,000) through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
*Consult with a tax advisor for qualification requirements.
A penalty may be imposed for withdrawals before the maturity of a certificate account.
- If your account has an original maturity of 12 months or less, the penalty we may impose will equal 90 days dividends on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty.
- If your account has an original maturity of more than 12 months, the penalty we may impose will equal 180 days dividends on the amount withdrawn subject to penalty.
In certain circumstances such as the death or incompetence of an owner of this account, the law permits, or in some cases requires, the waiver of the early withdrawal penalty. Other exceptions may also apply, for example, if this is part of a required mandatory distribution from an IRA or other tax-deferred savings plan.
Withdrawal of Dividends Prior to Maturity
The annual percentage yield is based on an assumption that dividends will remain in the account until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.

Youth
When your child turns 18, their Student Checking account automatically converts to a Money4Me Checking account with no monthly account fee and no minimum balance maintenance requirement. A Kids Saving account will convert to a Smart Savings account at the age of 18.
Once your child turns 18, you can either remain on the account or visit a branch to update the account holders.
A Kids Savings account is a great place to start. To apply, your child must be younger than 18 years old.
Open a Kids Checking account when your child turns 8. At 13, the account will automatically convert to a Student Checking account.
