You can receive a new card instantly at any KeyPoint branch! We can also mail you a new card and it will arrive in 3-5 business days.

To activate your debit card, simply call the phone number that is on the sticker on the card. 

You will then be prompted to select a custom PIN after activating the card. Do not share your PIN with anyone else, and do not write it on the card.  Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point-of-sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM.

You can change your debit card PIN by calling (800) 813-4132 and selecting option 3. To use this service, you must know your existing PIN and answer some verification questions. You can also select a custom PIN for your debit card at any KeyPoint branch.

Your balance is all the money that is currently in your account, including direct deposits that have not yet posted and debit transactions that have not yet cleared. 

Your available balance shows the amount of money that is available to withdraw, excluding any holds and pending transactions. These balances may not reflect all pending items, such as checks that you have written or debit transactions that have not reached our system yet. It is your responsibility to keep track of your account activity to avoid overdrawing your account and incurring service charges.
