Finding a KeyPoint branch or ATM is fast and easy with our ATM/Branch Locator. Locate one of our California branches, or find more than 30,000 fee-free ATMs (at most credit unions and 7-Eleven stores). And don’t forget you can get cash-back at many stores like Safeway and Target!

KeyPoint's debit and credit cards are available for Apple Pay. You can find more information about our Apple Pay here.
You can receive a new card instantly at any KeyPoint branch! We can also mail you a new card and it will arrive in 3-5 business days.

To activate your debit card, simply call the phone number that is on the sticker on the card.
You will then be prompted to select a custom PIN after activating the card. Do not share your PIN with anyone else, and do not write it on the card. Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point-of-sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM.
You can change your debit card PIN by calling (800) 813-4132 and selecting option 3. To use this service, you must know your existing PIN and answer some verification questions. You can also select a custom PIN for your debit card at any KeyPoint branch.

To view or print copies of your statements online, simply log into Online Banking and click the More Links icon , then click Documents and Statements. Choose the Statements tab. Or log into Mobile App and tab the Menu icon at the bottom. Tab More > Documents and Statements > eStatements and Documents. Choose the “Statements” tab.
We can also print a copy of your statement. Simply log into Online Banking and click the More Links icon, then click Secure Forms. Choose Statement and Check Copy Request Form to submit a request to us. Or log into Mobile App and tab the Menu icon at the bottom. Tab Secure Forms > Statement and Check Copy Request Form, to submit a request to us.

Your balance is all the money that is currently in your account, including direct deposits that have not yet posted and debit transactions that have not yet cleared.
Your available balance shows the amount of money that is available to withdraw, excluding any holds and pending transactions. These balances may not reflect all pending items, such as checks that you have written or debit transactions that have not reached our system yet. It is your responsibility to keep track of your account activity to avoid overdrawing your account and incurring service charges.

With direct deposit, your check is automatically and securely deposited into your account. You don't have to worry about driving to a branch, or if there will be a hold placed on your check. On pay day, your money is right where you need it!

- Select Set Up Direct Deposit from the menu options

You received a call due to suspicious activity on your card. KeyPoint uses an automated system to constantly monitor our Members’ card activity to help prevent fraud.
The cardholder must contact us to confirm whether the transactions were authorized or not, and we always recommend contacting KeyPoint prior to traveling out of the country so we can make sure your card transactions are not accidentally blocked for suspicious activity.

A debit card provides a convenient way to access funds from your checking account. The money is already in your account, and every time you use your debit card, the funds are withdrawn.
A credit card provides a convenient way to access funds from a line of credit, which is a type of loan. Every time you use your credit card, your loan balance increases up to your approved limit. You will make monthly payments to either reduce the balance or pay it in full.
