KeyPoint to Set Up New Corporate Headquarters

SANTA CLARA, CA (August 24, 2021)—KeyPoint Credit Union is relocating its corporate headquarters (HQ) to a state-of-the-art, LEED-certified facility at 2150 Trade Zone Boulevard in San Jose. The move is a part of KeyPoint’s strategic adoption of the hybrid work model and optimization of its physical HQ footprint.

The Credit Union completed the purchase of the Trade Zone facility earlier in August, and the property is currently undergoing renovation in preparation for occupancy in early 2022.  The Trade Zone property is located approximately five miles from the current headquarters at 2805 Bowers Avenue in Santa Clara.  KeyPoint is currently evaluating options for relocating the Bowers Branch (located at the current HQ building).

Brad Canfield, President and CEO of KeyPoint Credit Union, said “We are pleased with the acquisition of the new facility and the opportunity it brings for new office designs to support the hybrid work model.”
