SAN JOSE, Calif. — July 7, 2026 — KeyPoint Credit Union announced today that it has been awarded $2 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant funding through the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBank San Francisco) to support the Branham Station Townhomes development, helping create new affordable homeownership opportunities for local families.

The funding is part of FHLBank San Francisco’s recently announced $66.3 million in Affordable Housing Program awards supporting affordable housing developments in Arizona, California, and Nevada.

The grant funding will help advance affordable housing at the Branham Station Townhomes project and aligns with KeyPoint Credit Union’s continued commitment to strengthening communities and expanding access to affordable homeownership throughout Silicon Valley.

"At KeyPoint, we believe that access to housing is fundamental to financial well-being," said LJ Grossweiler, Director, Real Estate Lending. "We're proud to partner with FHLBank San Francisco and local housing developers, like Charities Housing, to help create opportunities for individuals and families to achieve the dream of homeownership in one of the nation's most challenging housing markets."

Access to affordable housing remains a significant challenge throughout Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area. KeyPoint’s broader commitment to housing access includes first-time homebuyer support programs, down payment assistance initiatives, and affordable lending solutions designed to help reduce barriers to homeownership.

As a member of FHLBank San Francisco, KeyPoint Credit Union participates in programs that expand housing opportunities and strengthen local communities. The Affordable Housing Program is one of the nation’s largest private sources of grant funding for affordable housing development.
