If you are receiving a call appearing on your Caller ID from KeyPoint Credit Union, and the caller is asking for your account number, PIN, SSN, user ID or password(s) DO NOT PROVIDE your personal information. KeyPoint would NEVER call you to ask for this information, and we would NEVER send a link by text or email for your account number and PIN. If you receive any calls asking for banking account information, you should hang up. If you have an email or text asking for your credit union account number and PIN, delete the email or text immediately. Please call us right away if you have any doubts, or have recently provided this information by phone or email.
