You can remove your card from your mobile wallet at any time. You will receive a confirmation email from us, and it will have no other impact on your actual card status, so you can continue using the plastic card as usual.
KeyPoint may also remove your card from your mobile wallet for one of the following reasons:
(1) You reported your card lost or stolen, and we blocked the card and deleted it from the mobile wallet.
(2) We detected fraud on your account, blocked the card and deleted it from your mobile wallet to protect you.
Call us right away at (888) 255-3637 if your card is deleted from your mobile wallet and you did not initiate the change.
