    It's Now Easier and Faster to Apply for a Home Loan

    We have recently added an extension to our new Digital Application system, making it possible for our Members to apply for Home Loan Purchases and Refinances. The updated version makes it easier to apply and provides quicker processing time. You can:

    • Use the device of your choice to apply (mobile, tablet, or desktop) and have the same great experience
    • Easily guides you through the application process
    • Save and resume an application
    • Provides a personalized document list tailored to your application
    • Load application documents with ease
    • Effortlessly retrieve documents like pay statements, tax returns and bank statements directly from your providers
    • Simple process to sign documents

    New Enhancements to Our Mobile App

    Here at KeyPoint, we are dedicated to help our Members achieve their financial goals by constantly improving our products, services, and technology. We have released a new update on our mobile banking app that features several enhancements that will make banking more convenient for our Members.

    Here are a few new enhancements to our Mobile App:

    Credit Card Dashboard: You will now have access to a full suite of credit card services just by clicking the new dashboard icon. Some new features included in this page are:

    • View Credit Card eStatements
    • Make payments from External accounts
    • Balance Transfers
    • Fraud Alerts
    • Transaction Disputes
    • Add Authorize User
    • Report Card Lost/Stolen

    Edit Account Name: Members can now rename their account to something more meaningful to them. From the Account Details screen, a “Rename” icon by the account name has been added that will allow them to set up a nickname that will appear in Mobile and Desktop.

    Open a New Account: A link has been added to the accounts screen to Open a New Account that will take you to the Digital Applications, currently accessible through the More screen. This will make it easier for you to submit a new account or loan application right from the main accounts page.

    These enhancements are just a few of the improvements KeyPoint is working on to make mobile banking more convenient for our members. We are fully committed to providing the best products, services, and technology available today.
