    Next Generation Neighborhood Banking

    Apr 21, 2017

KeyPoint strives to provide members with the next generation in banking services while still providing the caring, member-centric service you deserve through our branches, telephone banking and digital banking platforms.

The next generation of banking services will employ much of the leading-edge technology available today. Already in the works are:

    • New Mobile Banking features including mobile access to credit card accounts, statements, and your FICO® score.
    • New digital account and loan applications that are easy to use on desktop and mobile devices.
    • New phone system for the entire Credit Union with High Definition voice quality.

While KeyPoint is making available the technology that will save you money and make your life easier, we continue to be your neighborhood banker—unlike some of those all-digital banks.

Our in-branch and contact center financial service representatives are here to help you with all of your financial needs.  Sure, we can help you with regular transactions—transfer money between accounts or procure a cashier’s check. But we also provide people who can make your financial life easier.  Our representatives can help you get a loan to buy a car or a new house.  And our wealth management advisors can help you plan for your retirement.

So, as a KeyPoint member, you enjoy the latest digital banking capabilities and at the same time work with the familiar faces at your local branch. We live in the communities we serve and you’ll see us at community events and Chamber of Commerce functions.

I hope you can attend the KeyPoint Credit Union Annual Meeting, which will be held Thursday, April 27th at 5:30, in the Community Learning Center at 2805 Bowers Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95051.  I will be discussing our 2016 performance and 2017 initiatives.  Please reserve your seat by calling (408) 731-4197, or send an email to rsvpannualmeeting@kpcu.com.

Thank you for trusting KeyPoint with your banking needs.
